WHAT TYPE OF EVENT CAN THE DEPOT ACCOMMODATE 

 

There is 3000 total square feet area available for use for your event and can accomodate up to 150 people and 120 people seated banquet style. This space is perfect for large gatherings such as showers, anniversaries, classes, demonstrations, birthday parties, meetings, pop-up boutiques and even small weddings. 

 

 

HOW TO RESERVE A DATE FOR MY EVENT

 

Go to our book online page. Use the calendar to find availability schedule and pay for your event, its really that easy . We require a non-refundable down deposit of $50 to hold reservations. The down payment will be applied to the total rental fee. At checkout you can choose to pay in full or pay the non-refundable fee of $50 and we will invoice you for your remaining balance due. (Please schedule enough time before and after your event for setup and clean up) 

 

HOW MUCH SPACE IS AVAILABLE

 

When you rent The Depot you rent the entire 3000 square feet for your event. The Depot can accommodate up to 150 people between the banquet room and dining room, which can seat family style for up to 14 – just like home. We have a few highchairs available. 

 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE

 

Included in your rental fee is the use of tables and chairs in the banquet room, prep kitchenette, and our beautiful family style living areas and dining table.

Note: your event is subject to cancellation by The Depot until the rental fee is paid in full  

 

PARKING

 

There is limited street parking and additional public parking just east of the building.

 

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES

 

You may use your choice of licensed caterer or bring your own food and beverages. We have ample outlets available, for crockpots and other electrical needs.
