The Depot can be rented in 1 hour increments

with a  3 hour minimum.

Please reserve enough time before your event for setup and breakdown/cleanup of any items you bring into the building. If you are hiring a caterer - Please reserve an extra hour prior to event starting time for the caterer to prepare.

Monday thru Thursdays* | $70/hour

Friday thru Sundays* | $85/hour

*All Major Holidays will be charged at the Friday thru Sunday Rate.

Our rates include the setup of tables and chairs for up to 24 guests. Please be aware that an additional setup fee apply based on the number of tables and chairs required for your event. WEDDING RECEPTION/DINNER/DANCE - $1,400.00 (12 hours)

​Celebrate your special day with our comprehensive Wedding Package #1! This all-inclusive offering features a private consultation to tailor your, full-day rental of our beautiful space for up to 12 hours, and meticulous setup of tables with elegant linens and black Chiavari chairs. Enjoy access to our décor and serving dishes, along with a speaker and microphone system to enhance your celebration. You have the flexibility to bring in your own food and or opt for catering, and we’ll take care of the cleanup to ensure a stress-free experience.

Wedding Package #2:

WEDDING CEREMONY/RECEPTION/DINNER/DANCE - $1,600.00 (12 hours)

Our Wedding Package #2 is designed to create the perfect day for you and your loved ones. This package includes everything from Package #1, plus the added joy of having your Wedding Ceremony at our beautiful venue. We will set up your ceremony according to your specifications, ensuring it reflects your unique style and vision for the day. Let us help you make your wedding truly unforgettable!
