The Depot can be rented in 1-hour increments

Please reserve the space starting at the time you need access to the building until you plan to have your belongings cleared out

 

Monday thru Thursdays | $60/hour

Friday thru Sundays | $75/hour

Full Day Rental | $525 (M-TH) $600 (F-S)

The basic rates include set up of tables and chairs for up to 24 people. There is an extra set up fee in addition to the hourly fee based on the number of tables and chairs your event requires. There is an extra fee for the use of our linens. See our scheduling page for more details. We require a non-refundable down deposit of $50 to hold reservations. The down payment will be applied to the total rental fee.

We will work with you to ensure that no details are overlooked. Our wedding package includes: a private event consultation, rental of the entire space the day of your wedding for your ceremony, reception/dinner/dance, includes tables, linens, black chiavari chairs as well as use of any of our décor and serving dishes we have on hand to make your day extra special. We set up tables, chairs and linens according to your specifications as well as clean up at the conclusion of the day.
